David Benny Davis began Leor Construction based on the
same principles and standards we have today: great customer
service, use of high quality materials and a team of highly
skilled craftsmen. This reputation caught the attention
of Del Webb – and in turn brought us from California
to the East Coast building community. Ten years into our
partnership, we have successfully built homes throughout
the Southeastern United States, providing concrete, framing,
roofing, masonry, drywall and painting services. We are
also one of the largest distributors and installers of Capitol
Windows.
A family-owned business and an active member of the Home
Builders Association, we operate our headquarters in Pooler,
Georgia, with project offices established in Florida, Georgia
and South Carolina. Our team of more than 50 construction
